This page explains how Rivalgol handles account, gameplay, support, diagnostics, advertising and operational data.

Information we may process

Rivalgol may process account data such as display name, email address, user identifier, rooms created or joined, picks, rankings, messages, room activity and technical data required to operate, protect and improve the app.

We may also process device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID, diagnostic data, ad interaction data and technical signals needed to show, measure, limit the frequency of and protect advertising.

Third-party services

Rivalgol may use Google services such as Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and AdMob for authentication, database, diagnostics, notifications, measurement, security, app operation and advertising.

Advertising, AdMob and consent

Rivalgol may show ads through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. To provide, measure, protect and improve ads, Google and its advertising partners may process technical device data, identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, ad interaction information, diagnostic data and similar technologies.

In countries where required, especially in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Rivalgol will show a consent message before requesting personalized ads. The user may accept, reject or manage their choices.

Even if the user does not consent to personalized advertising, the app may show non-personalized or limited ads when technically possible and in accordance with Google AdMob settings.

The user may change or withdraw their consent from the privacy or settings section of the app when this option is available.

Notifications

Rivalgol may use notifications to alert users about pick deadlines, relevant ranking changes, available live broadcasts or other events related to the rooms they participate in. The user may enable or disable these notifications from the app or from the device settings.
